We recommend, when in doubt always order a larger size. Correct sizing is always at the risk of the customer, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Fundraising Guidelines

Merchandise does not begin to ship until AFTER the close of a fundraiser.

Merchandise is made based on each customers order.

Since Merchandise is made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Merchandise items and designs are at the descretion of the association.

Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped directly to the customer.

Store merchandise ships 3 to 5 days.

Fundraising Merchandise ships approximately 3 weeks after the close of a fundraiser.

Substitution

All merchandise is subject to availability. In the event of out of stock or back ordered items Kings reserves the right to substitute with an equal or better quality manufacturer.

FUNDRAISING

Today's volunteer organizations and associations are faced with the daunting task of properly outfitting our youth organizations and turn to fundraising to do so.

Kings Clothing Company can help with both.

Our fundraising program is an effective and profitable one for all types of youth programs. Kings Athletic Merchandise Fundraising Program mixes quality athletic wear with the needs and styles that today's young athletes look for.

  • Select from hundreds of apparel items that can be screen printed or embroidered
  • For all apparel items, you may pick up to four different designs from a selection of custom designs that will focus on your specific needs including, colors, logos, sport or other requirements
  • Pick garment colors that fit your needs including black and other dark colors
  • Full color custom handouts featuring the products you select that will be printed for each member of your group
  • Your handouts will be turned into an online store and displayed for easy access by your potential buyers
  • All you have to do is hand out the flyers
  • All merchandise is shipped directly to the customer
  • Online accounting of each order including a full summary of the entire program
  • At the end of the fundraiser, we send you a check for 20% of ALL sales
  • We guarantee your satisfaction and will ensure that your fundraising experience is pleasant and rewarding

Kings does offer many options and incentives based on your needs.

$10,000 in total sales will get your program an extra 5% return
$20,000 in total sales will get your program an extra 5% return PLUS a 42" HDTV.

7 STEPS TO A GREAT FUNDRAISER

STEP 1
Review all of the information on the Kings Clothing Company website.

STEP 2
After reviewing the website, we recommend that you call us toll free at 1-888-59-KINGS (888-595-4647) to discuss the details. We will discuss the following:

  • Type of group (sport, youth, high school, grade school, etc.)
  • Team/Group colors and mascots
  • Number of people participating in the fundraiser
  • The products you want to include in your custom handout - we will offer apparel ideas
  • The designs would you like to offer – for sports groups, we recommend offering generic designs in addition to sport specific designs. This leads to greater sales.

STEP 3
After the initial conversation, we will prepare up to 8 designs for your review. In most cases, you may select up to 4 of the designs to be included in your brochure. After we receive your selection of designs and products you want to include, we will create your custom brochure for your review.
There are no minimums.

STEP 4
After you approve the brochure design, we will send you one free brochure per player, coaches/group leaders or persons participating in the fundraiser. Additional brochures are available for a nominal fee. The ending date is listed in the brochure and is typically 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

STEP 5
Hand out the brochures and start selling.

STEP 6
We will prepare all of the orders and have direct ship to your customers within approx. 2-3 weeks.

STEP 7
Collect the check at the end of the fundraiser.
